$12000 I am selling my rv in park. Big approx. 10x70 ft covered deck was built to fit a 5th wheel converted to fit a travel trailer big enough for a hot tub. Two sheds one is insulated, one is a workshop or storage area. Deck has a wall that could be taken down and made back into a car port if you have two vehicles. parking on side. There is cable for tv and internet on deck, trailer, and the insulated shed. Sewer is hard lined so you won't have to keep replacing rv sewage hose. You will need to get approved by owners and fill out an application. This could be your new home! If you have your own trailer I'm willing to reduce price by 2000 and take mine.
Included appliances: House fridge, washer/dryer combo with propane tank, and a hot tub we stored for summer!
